Fishing Camp completes its first season!

Many of the Grandchildren made it to this first years "Grandpa's Fishing Camp".  Session 1 was attended by Liam, Joseph, Jessica, Wyatt and Donovan. One week later Evan and Nora showed up for Session 2 and were not disappointed. Donovan Estrella caught the most fish but numbers weren't important becuase a good time was had by all. Grandpa loved putting the worms on the hooks and taking off the fish. We kept the fish temporarily in a bucket so we could watch them and then thanked them for a good time and returned them to the lake. Each day we scattered some fish food in the water to thank the little guys for jumping on our hooks. Even Nana (Grandma Julie) got to put on some worms.

Grandpa and Nana just loved to see everybody this summer and hope you will come back soon. It was great to swim at the beach, do crafts, watch movies and go for hikes. We were sorry we didn't get Annalise and Audrey to camp this year but it was great to see them in Connecticut both at the beginning and end of the summer. You are all getting so big and we are very proud of you.  Between pre-school, day care and school you are learning lots of things. We wish you all a happy Fall season and hope to see you soon,

 Love Grandpa and Nana
